BPA

Brînzea Performance Academy (BPA) is a sports training organisation in Bucharest that helps children and adolescents build confidence, fitness and athletic skills in a safe, supportive and professional environment. Its team of speed coaches and strength and conditioning specialists combines knowledge of movement science with practical experience to deliver structured training for athletes at different ages, levels and stages of development.

The Academy offers two main programmes. Academia Speed is an advanced speed-development programme for athletes aged eight and older, across sports including football, tennis, basketball, handball and rugby. Training is adapted to each athlete, with progress monitored over time and sessions designed to develop speed, strength and agility while keeping injury risk low. The Athletics Club introduces children to movement through varied, engaging activities based on the British Run, Jump, Throw system. Sessions are tailored to age and ability, balancing play with training and encouraging personal progress rather than comparison.
