BPAR, also known as Boston Post Adoption Resources, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families who have been touched by adoption. Our team of licensed mental health professionals specializes in providing therapeutic support to clients of all ages in individual, family, and group settings. We understand the unique challenges and impact that adoption can have on relationships, family dynamics, and identity.

At BPAR, we offer specialized trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive support, tailored specifically to the needs of those who have experienced adoption. Our experienced clinicians have expertise in various types of adoption, including transracial, international, and domestic adoption, as well as foster care. We provide support to all members of the adoption triad: adoptees, adoptive or foster parents, and birth parents.
