BPID (Bulgarian Platform for International Development) is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting dialogue and cooperation between the European Union and the Global South. Founded in 2009, BPID brings together hundreds of experts and advocates from 16 national organizations with a shared goal of social justice, Bulgaria and EU development policies, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and global education. The platform focuses on enhancing the regulatory framework for development cooperation at national and European levels.

BPID envisions a world where everyone has equal access to quality education and healthcare, enjoys protected labor rights, and cares for the environment. Through increased solidarity and effective international cooperation for sustainable development, BPID strives to raise awareness among institutions and society about global challenges and expand civic participation. With over 1500 participants in training, 40+ nationwide events, and numerous accolades, BPID fosters relationships of respect and support with its partnering organizations and the entire non-governmental sector
