Biblioteka Pedagogiczna w Toruniu

The Pedagogical Library of Toruń, named after General Brigadier Professor Elżbieta Zawacka, serves as a vital educational resource in Poland. Established with a mission to enhance educational support for schools and educational institutions, the library provides a diverse collection of materials and services tailored to educators and students alike.

Featuring an extensive selection of books, publications, and thematic bibliographies, the library also offers valuable online resources, including e-journals and educational databases. Its initiatives extend beyond traditional lending; the library hosts workshops, online quizzes, and educational films designed to foster learning and collaboration among its users.

Engagement within the community is fostered through competitions, such as the "Courageous in the Frame" mini-biography contest, and online lectures that delve into historical subjects relevant to the Kujawsko-Pomeranian region. Operating efficiently throughout the year, the library is committed to facilitating a supportive learning environment enriched by innovative programs and partnerships.
