Brain Base is a community-focused organization serving individuals and families affected by brain injury in Jackson Hole and surrounding areas. Formerly known as Watershed Jackson, it works to elevate brain injury care, unite providers and community members, and support individualized needs. Its mission centers on helping people navigate care while advancing prevention, education, and recovery.

Brain Base connects individuals and families with vital resources and helps fund care and support that insurance does not cover. Its work is organized around four pillars: brain injury navigation, access and support, sponsorship and funding, and education and prevention. Through these efforts, the organization aims to help people heal, thrive, and continue pursuing meaningful lives.

Community donations help sustain its mission, including contributions through the Old Bill’s Giving Season, where eligible donations are partially matched through the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole and community co-challengers. Brain Base is based in Jackson, Wyoming, and provides a local point of connection for people seeking guidance and assistance related to brain injury care.
