Brain Innovation Days is a European initiative led by the European Brain Council, a network representing scientific and professional societies, patient organisations, and industry partners. It brings together the brain health and research ecosystem to encourage dialogue, exchange knowledge, support investment in research and innovation, and foster business development.

Its flagship event is a two-day gathering for researchers, clinicians, industry leaders, investors, policymakers, startups, and other members of the brain community. The sixth edition is scheduled for November 18–19, 2026, at Area 42 in Brussels. The programme features expert speakers, a pitch competition, an Innovation Hall, and opportunities to connect and build partnerships. The initiative also offers sponsorship packages, including programme access, customised online content, and visibility for companies and organisations.

Brain Innovation Days has hosted both digital and in-person events, with previous editions featuring exhibitions and sessions focused on conditions such as schizophrenia, migraine, and multiple sclerosis. Through events, news, interviews, videos, and its Brain Talks podcast, it shares perspectives and supports collaboration aimed at translating brain research into innovation and solutions for patients.
