About Brainspotting Help
Brainspotting Help is a compassionate non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting individuals affected by crises, originally emerging in response to the Ukrainian war in 2022. The organization quickly mobilized, providing mental health support through a network of over 100 volunteer therapists and practitioners. Their services include free Brainspotting sessions, specialty training for Ukrainian mental health professionals, and organized support groups to facilitate healing.
