to Brain Tree Therapies

Brain Tree Therapies is a Washington-based occupational therapy practice offering telehealth services for youth, adults, and older adults. Founded by occupational therapist Dr. David Cacanindin, the practice supports people living with neurological, developmental, behavioral health, and injury-related challenges. Its aim is to help clients improve symptoms, build skills and capacity, participate more fully in everyday activities, and gain knowledge and connection with others.

Brain Tree Therapies works with people affected by brain injury, workplace injury, ADHD and dyslexia, autism, stroke, neurodegenerative conditions, and developmental disabilities. Its occupational therapy services focus on strengthening abilities and helping clients meet the demands of daily life. The practice also offers information about occupational therapy, executive function, neurodivergence, and specific conditions, alongside resources for finding professional help and community support.

Founder David Cacanindin brings experience treating complex neurological disorders, traumatic injuries, behavioral health and addiction, and developmental conditions. Drawing on his own brain injury recovery, he established the practice to help people continue rehabilitation after leaving the hospital and move toward fuller participation in life.
