Trygg-Grunn AS is a leading advisor in the prevention and management of violence and threats of violence in the workplace. With over 30 years of operational experience in the military, including both national and international service missions, our team has the expertise to handle challenging situations. We recognized the need to share our knowledge and skills with other professions who may face similar threats, such as the healthcare sector dealing with patients exhibiting aggressive behavior.

In 2017, Trygg-Grunn was established, focusing on providing guidance and training to the healthcare sector, specifically in the areas of substance abuse, psychiatry, and dementia services. We received support from Innovation Norway in 2018 to develop our training program using VR technology, resulting in BRAK VR. Helse Nord-Trøndelag, among other municipalities in the Trøndelag region, has adopted our system.

During the pandemic, we have expanded BRAK VR to include refresher and onboarding courses, collaborating with various organizations.
