Brasil Bioma

Brasil Bioma is a Brazilian environmental education and services organization founded in 2008 to expand access to training, practical experience, and professional opportunities in botany and the environmental sector. For more than 12 years, it has provided certified courses to professionals, students, and others interested in building skills for environmental work. Its practical, accessible teaching approach serves consultants, biologists, engineers, botanists, landscape professionals, architects, and students.

The organization offers online and in-person courses, including training in plant identification, Atlantic Forest fieldwork, fauna and flora, vegetation methods and analysis, and restoration-related identification. It also provides intensive workshops, mentoring, and environmental consulting focused on flora. Learning resources include the eFlora portal, identification tools, quizzes, a photographic guide, articles, videos, and other free educational content.

Brasil Bioma also operates Natuwork, a platform connecting environmental-service clients and entrepreneurs with professionals and companies offering services in the sector. Its training is associated with the work of co-founder Dr. Rodrigo Polisel, a biologist with graduate degrees in botany, who has trained thousands of professionals and students across Brazil.
