About Brasserie C
Brasserie C is an artisanal brewery located in the heart of Liège, Belgium. Founded in 2012 by two passionate agronomists, François and Renaud, the brewery has since become a renowned name in the industry. It all began with their famous Curtius recipe, which was perfected over years of brewing in François' garage.
In 2013, the brewery expanded and relocated to the historic Béguinage du Saint-Esprit, a stunning building dating back to 1611. Brasserie C is not just about brewing beer; it is an experience. They offer brewery tours and zythology workshops, allowing visitors to learn about the brewing process and indulge in the art of beer tasting.
With a commitment to innovation, the brewery continuously launches new beer ranges and collaborates with other artisans. In 2019, Brasserie C returned to its roots by opening its state-of-the-art production space in the Saint-Léonard neighborhood. This marks a significant milestone as the brewery becomes fully autonomous.
