Welcome to Brauhaus Zwickau, one of the oldest establishments in Saxony. We offer a delightful experience with our own brewed beers, homemade spirits, and a menu that showcases the best of regional, fresh, and modern cuisine. Located in the heart of Zwickau, our rustic ambiance is the perfect setting after exploring popular attractions like the August-Horch-Museum, Robert-Schumann-Haus, Dom St.
Marien, or the Priesterhäuser. Established in July 2001 as Zwickau's first gastropub brewery and distillery, Brauhaus is now under the leadership of Sebastian Scherk and his wife, Sarah Alexandra Scherk. Our aim is to create a welcoming environment where guests can enjoy great food and company.
We prioritize using local and fresh ingredients, which is evident in our delicious meals and our specialty brewed beers and spirits. While visiting, be sure to try our house-distilled schnapps, such as Priesterfeuer or Bierfurz, and savor our mouthwatering cocktails and long drinks in our cozy distillery. With our Brauhaus Shop open, you can take home a piece of our craftsmanship and continue the experience wherever you go.
For those looking to celebrate, we are here to create unforgettable events tailored to your needs. And after a satisfying day, why not spend the night in our historic accommodations? Join us at Brauhaus Zwickau, where every moment is meant to be savored
