Brautmoden Lorén is a bridalwear boutique and atelier in Nuremberg’s Old Town, founded by Imke, a master dressmaker and pattern cutter with nearly 20 years of experience working with brides. The boutique specializes in curvy bridal fashion, offering wedding dresses in sizes 46 to 60, as well as other sizes, with no surcharge for larger sizes. Brides can try on sample gowns in plus sizes and explore six silhouettes, from A-line to mermaid.
Lorén also creates made-to-measure wedding dresses and offers traditional wedding dirndls, including plus-size options. Accessories include veils, hairpieces, shoes, fascinators and dog harnesses for four-legged ring bearers. Imke personally adjusts dresses in the on-site atelier, providing experienced fitting and alteration services.
Appointments are free, last around two hours and are reserved for each bride and her companions. Dresses are priced from €980 to €2,700, with a typical ordering lead time of three to six months. Brautmoden Lorén welcomes brides by appointment at its Nuremberg location
