Brave Kids Physio

Brave Kids Physio is a mobile paediatric therapy service supporting infants, children and adolescents aged 0–18 in Canberra and North Brisbane. Founded in Canberra in 2020 by experienced paediatric physiotherapists Andrea and Isabelle, the practice provides fun, personalised and evidence-based care designed around each child and family. Sessions take place in familiar settings, including homes, daycares, schools, sports facilities and local parks, helping children practise skills in everyday environments.

Physiotherapy services include support for babies aged 0–2 with movement and motor development concerns, such as delayed milestones, torticollis and positional talipes; developmental physiotherapy for children aged 2–7; and assessment and rehabilitation for injuries, pain, fractures and post-operative recovery for ages 0–18. Occupational therapy for children aged 0–7 addresses everyday independence, self-care, school readiness, emotional regulation and sensory needs.

Brave Kids Physio uses play-based sessions, individualised assessments and practical strategies families can continue between appointments. Home visits are available, and a GP referral is not required. The team serves areas across Canberra, Queanbeyan, Googong and North Brisbane.
