Break Down is a fitness studio and martial arts school in Zella-Mehlis, founded by brothers Nico and Normen Pulz on June 4, 1994. The business combines traditional martial arts principles—such as self-discipline and respect—with modern training methods, serving adults, children and young people. Its martial arts programs include Judo, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu and self-defence, with options for beginners and experienced participants. Children’s classes include Judo and Kickboxing, while adults can also train in dedicated programs.
