BCFNZ, or Breast Cancer Foundation New Zealand, is a not-for-profit charitable trust that is dedicated to the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. They rely on the generosity of the New Zealand public through personal donations, fundraising events, and corporate partnerships to fund their important work. The vision of BCFNZ is zero deaths from breast cancer, and their mission is to push for new frontiers in early detection, treatment, and support.

They believe that one day, no one will die from breast cancer. They are actively involved in promoting breast awareness and early detection, breaking down barriers to ensure access to mammograms, and supporting the development and testing of new technologies for early detection. BCFNZ also funds research, supports clinical trials, and advocates for faster access to new drugs.

They provide education and support for all Kiwis, including those in remote areas and with poorer outcomes, as well as for patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, and the government. BCFNZ uses the internationally recognized pink ribbon as their symbol and works closely with the community during International Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
