Breath Body Baby-

Breath. Body. Baby. is a Chicago-area doula and fitness practice founded by certified birth doula Lauren Powell, serving families since 2018. Its mission is to offer empathetic, evidence-based support that helps clients feel confident, calm, and prepared while remaining leaders of their own birthing experiences. The practice supports a range of birth settings and experiences, including birth center, hospital, home birth, and VBAC, with attention to pelvic floor support.

Doula services are personalized to each client’s needs and goals. Support can include birth-plan preparation, answers to questions, and contact by email, text, or phone before labor. Clients also practice breathing techniques, labor positions, imagined scenarios, and comfort measures. During labor, hands-on support may include acupressure, aromatherapy, position changes, and encouragement.

Breath. Body. Baby. also offers prenatal and postpartum fitness classes and private packages, combining relaxation, strengthening exercises, cardio, and mindfulness. Classes are suitable at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.
