Breathe and Flow is a renowned brand led by a dynamic yoga instructor couple that travels full-time, bringing the transformative power of yoga to people around the world. Whether you prefer online classes, in-person workshops, or transformative retreats, Breathe and Flow has got you covered.
Bre and Flo, experienced E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructors, left their corporate tech jobs in Silicon Valley in 2020 to embark on a two-year journey teaching yoga, connecting with communities, and exploring different cultures. Through their engaging YouTube videos, exclusive content on Patreon, and their various teaching engagements, they share high-quality movement classes, breathwork, guided meditations, and mindfulness practices for all levels.
Breathe and Flow believes that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a holistic healing system for health and happiness. They extend the practice of yoga beyond the rectangular mat and into every aspect of your life, reminding you of the power of unconditional love and awareness that surrounds and resides within you.
With a teaching style that emphasizes body control, strength building, and mindful breathing, Bre and Flo provide a safe and encouraging environment for students to explore their edge, challenging themselves mentally and physically to unlock their full potential.
Their extensive training and certifications in multiple yoga styles, myofascial release therapy, prenatal yoga, and structural integration ensure that they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every class and workshop they teach.
