Breathe In Yoga

Breathe In Yoga is a children’s yoga business based in Ivanhoe, Victoria, focused on nurturing children’s wellbeing through fun, engaging and inclusive classes. Founded by Jackie, a qualified primary school teacher with 19 years of experience and 95 hours of children’s yoga teacher training, the brand combines yoga with a strong understanding of children’s learning and development.

Weekly classes are offered for Little Yogis aged 5–9 and Junior Yogis aged 10–15. Each 45-minute session incorporates yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation, reflection and mindfulness activities to support physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. Families can choose term fees, class passes or casual attendance, and a free trial is available.

Breathe In Yoga also runs school holiday yoga and art workshops, family yoga events, and school incursions. School programs can be tailored to curriculum themes and are available as one-off sessions, four-week programs or term programs; yoga mats are provided. The business also offers a guided meditation library and welcomes enquiries about classes, events and school bookings.
