Breathwork Africa is a social enterprise and community network founded by Dr Ela Manga, with the aim of sharing an ancient art, a modern science, and an inner experience that brings peace, energy, and meaning to our deeply ailing society through conscious breathwork. Inspired by the potential of conscious breathing as a fundamental pillar in integrative medicine, Dr Ela Manga created Breathwork Africa to provide every person with the opportunity to tap into their most powerful inner resource and natural technology.
