BREBECK Composite

Brebeck Composite is a manufacturer of advanced composite products, founded in 2011 and serving the automotive, aerospace and motorsport industries. The company works with carbon, glass and aramid fibers, as well as natural-fiber composites and sandwich structures. Its portfolio includes models and tooling made from materials such as aluminum, ureol, epoxy, carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic and glass-fiber-reinforced plastic, alongside finished composite components. Design work is carried out using CATIA V5 R24.

Manufacturing capabilities include prepreg processing, autoclave curing, infusion and wet lamination with epoxy and polyester. Brebeck operates autoclaves, cutting equipment, five-axis CNC machines, 3D scanning systems and a hot-air oven to support production and tooling work. The company holds certifications including EN 9100:2018, ISO 9001:2016 and ISO 14001:2016. Its listed references include automotive and motorsport organizations such as Audi Sport, BMW Motorsport, Porsche, KTM and HWA, as well as aerospace-related companies including FACC Operations and Lilium. Brebeck has operations in the Czech Republic and Germany.
