Breeding Match

Breeding Match TR is a data-driven breeding decision-support service from Taydex, built around Turkish racing records and pedigree evidence. It helps breeders choose a stallion for a mare by recommending one match and explaining the reasoning behind it. Each mare profile can include the performance of her existing foals, close relatives and maternal family, relevant crosses involving daughters of her sire, and—when appropriate—international nick analysis.

The service covers both Thoroughbred and Arabian horses, keeping the breeds’ records and recommendations separate. Its database brings together Turkish and international race results, pedigrees, mare-family information and stallion performance, with evidence drawn from sources including TJK, SİAYSD and TİGEM. Users can explore stallions, Arabian family lines, sample mare files and the methodology behind the recommendations.

Breeding Match indicates how extensive each piece of evidence is and acknowledges when findings are uncertain or unsupported. It is a decision aid, not a guarantee of a foal’s success; final choices remain with breeders, considering veterinary advice, physical suitability, breeding plans and budget
