Bree VanZutphen is an embodiment mentor and women’s guide with more than 13 years of teaching experience. Her work brings together somatic and embodiment practices to support people in exploring the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of the self. Drawing on womb-centered spirituality, shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, and sacred ritual, Bree helps participants examine inherited patterns and reconnect with authentic expression.

Her approach also incorporates self-inquiry, journaling, breathwork, free-form movement, vocal release, yoga philosophy, nature and elemental study, and relational healing.
