Svensk Bretonklubb

Svensk Bretonklubb is Sweden’s breed club for the Breton, a small, healthy pointing bird dog. The club works to support the breed’s development in Sweden and is part of the Specialklubben för Kontinentala Fågelhundar. Its board oversees ongoing activities, while regional representatives arrange events for members across much of the country.

The club provides information about Breton characteristics, including temperament, coat colours, grooming, health and the breed’s history in Sweden and abroad. For owners and prospective breeders, its resources include breeding guidance, breeder listings, planned and current litters, and information about health and breed strategy. Members and visitors can also find guidance on hunting with a Breton in different settings, retrieving, shooting, training and preparing for success in the field.

Svensk Bretonklubb organizes and shares information about hunting tests, competitions, exhibitions, training sessions and regional activities. Its website offers event calendars, registration guidance, results, rules and merit information, along with membership details, news, documents and social media updates.
