Brevard Schools Foundation is a leading organization that strives to bridge the education and opportunity gaps for all 82 schools, 73,000 students, and 5,000 teachers within the Brevard Public Schools system. They are dedicated to supporting innovation, engaging communities, and changing lives by filling educational funding and opportunity gaps. Their funds are sourced from private contributions, corporate support, public matching funds, fundraising, and endowments.

The Foundation offers a wide range of programs and services to support students and educators. These include the ABC Awards Gala, where outstanding district teachers, employees, and volunteers are honored, and the Bright Ideas Grants, which provide funding for teachers to implement programs and initiatives that support student achievement. They also have programs such as Destination Space, which introduces 6th-grade students to the local history of space exploration, and the Supply Zone for Teachers, a free resource center that provides teachers with materials they need to enhance their teaching.

Through their initiatives, Brevard Schools Foundation empowers teachers, fosters innovation, and nurtures the future success of our children. Join them in making a positive impact on education by donating, volunteering, or getting involved in their various programs and events. Together, we can shape a brighter future for our community
