Brian Smith Funeral Services Ltd

Brian Smith Funeral Services is a family-run funeral provider serving Banchory, Peterculter, Aboyne and the wider Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire area. Established by Brian Smith in 1992, the business is supported by his wife, Angela, and an experienced local team. Its approach centres on compassionate, personal guidance, clear communication and careful attention to each family’s wishes.

The team helps families arrange meaningful farewells, offering as much or as little support as needed and advice throughout the process. Services include burials, cremations and direct cremations, alongside practical guidance on registering a death and choosing funeral arrangements. Families can also discuss coffins, ashes, urns and caskets, flowers, funeral vehicles and memorial masonry. The business provides information on funeral costs, records of wishes and pre-paid funeral plans. It works with a range of suppliers while accommodating personal requests, keeping families informed as arrangements progress. Brian Smith Funeral Services aims to make a difficult time more manageable through respectful, sensitive support and professional organisation, helping loved ones create a farewell that reflects the person being remembered.
