Bridge Washington Immigrants & Refugees Advocacy Network

BridgeWA, also known as Bridge Washington Immigrants & Refugees Advocacy Network, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving immigrant and refugee communities across Washington State. Its mission is to empower, support, and advocate for newcomers by connecting them with essential resources, building inclusive communities, and advancing dignity, equity, and opportunity. BridgeWA acts as a connector rather than a direct provider of every service, linking individuals and families with trusted partners, agencies, volunteers, and advocacy groups.

Its support includes referrals to immigration attorneys and pro bono legal clinics, volunteer help with immigration forms, and navigation for complex cases, including LGBTQ+ asylum and immigration matters. The organization also helps people find local services for housing, education, healthcare, food, rental assistance, work permits, and available grants or emergency funds. Additional offerings include guidance on immigration fee reimbursement when funding is available, Know Your Rights workshops, language-access referrals, and volunteer advocacy or case support. Through educational programs, workshops, and community events, BridgeWA helps newcomers navigate life in Washington and strengthens their connections to support networks.
