Brigade Electronics is a leading brand in commercial vehicle safety, offering a range of products and services designed to address the industry's challenges. With a history dating back to 1976, Brigade has gained extensive experience and knowledge to fully understand the needs of its customers. The brand was founded by Chris Hanson-Abbott, who was inspired by a beeping sound he heard from a truck in Tokyo.
Recognizing the lack of reversing safety measures outside of Japan, Chris embarked on a mission to make a difference. Although initially met with mixed reactions, Chris's determination led to the development of Brigade's first reversing alarm, which eventually gained recognition and acceptance. Today, Brigade is renowned for its innovative solutions, such as the Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System (AVAS), AI cameras, backup and reverse warning alarms, and more.
The company prioritizes safety and ensures that all its products undergo rigorous testing before being released. With a proficient engineering team and a commitment to maintaining high standards, Brigade continues to lead the industry and save lives.
