About Brigadoon Brewery
Welcome to Brigadoon Brewery, where we believe that Life is too short to drink bad beer! As the home of Brigadoon Brewery and Brew School, we have a unique setting within the Texas Renaissance Festival, the largest and most acclaimed Renaissance theme park in the nation. Operating with period equipment and traditional methods, we brew all of our beers on-site and serve them back to the public. Our brews are all grain, unfiltered, and hand-crafted, with some of them reverse engineered to capture the flavors of the past.
One of our most popular offerings is the Black Plague Ale, a dark strong ale with a 10. 46% ABV and 86 IBU. Definitely a must-have for beer enthusiasts.
Besides brewing exceptional beers, our mission is to educate as many people as possible about the role of beer in civilization's development and the attributes of craft beer. We offer classes and tours to share the history and art of beer-making. Visit us at Booth #150 during the Texas Renaissance Festival and be a part of the Brigadoon experience.
