Founded by Thomas Jelley, a former lawyer with expertise in corporate sustainability, the brand focuses on strategy development and deployment, reporting, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and environmental management, among other areas. With over 15 years of international experience, Thomas has worked with businesses, not-for-profits, policy makers, and academic institutions worldwide.
Bright Blu Dot also offers coaching services provided by Emma Jelley, a leadership development professional and former General Counsel. Emma specializes in solution-focused, 1:1 dialogue and coaching to help individuals overcome professional challenges and maximize their positive impact.
