About BrightFamily
Bright Family is a modern family club located in the heart of Moscow, specifically designed for parents and their little ones. With a focus on achieving physical, emotional, and mental well-being, Bright Family offers a unique and nurturing environment for families. The club features a specialized swimming pool with a water temperature of 32-34 degrees, making it ideal for parent-child swimming sessions and aquatic therapy practices like Watsu.
Founded by renowned medical anthropologist Françoise Friedman, Bright Family utilizes the evidence-based Birthlight methodology, which has gained international recognition for its gentle and effective approach towards parenting and child development. Offered programs include baby swimming lessons, yoga for expectant mothers, family courses for childbirth preparation, and various wellness workshops.
In addition to aquatic activities, the club hosts yoga sessions, holistic therapies, and provides a cozy space for community interaction. With its dedicated staff and delightful atmosphere, Bright Family is committed to supporting families on their journey towards holistic well-being.
