Bright Side at Dogwood Village

Bright Side Early Care and Learning Center is a family-owned preschool and childcare provider serving families in Orange, Virginia. Since 2016, its team has focused on personalized, welcoming care and close partnerships with parents, creating an environment where children feel valued and supported. The center combines trusted curricula, play-based activities, and faith-based guidance to encourage children’s physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development and help prepare them for kindergarten.

Programs include infant and toddler care for children from 6 weeks to 2 years, preschool for ages 2 to 5, and school-age care for ages 5 to 12. The center also offers a summer program for children from 6 weeks to 5 years and summer camp for students entering first through sixth grade. Learning is enriched through STEM activities, art, music, movement, and yoga. Small groups and lower-than-required student-to-teacher ratios support individual attention. Families can receive daily updates through the Procare app and share feedback through the Parent Advisory Board.
