Bright Start Kids Hub

Bright Start Speech Pathology is a private paediatric allied health clinic based in Bentleigh East, supporting children and young people aged 0–18 and their families and carers. Its team includes speech pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists and a music therapist, with bilingual and multilingual practitioners available. The clinic provides assessments and tailored therapy to support communication, learning, development, wellbeing and participation.

Speech pathology services address areas such as speech sounds, language, literacy, fluency, social communication and feeding, while occupational therapy supports skills including motor development, sensory processing, handwriting and self-care. Psychology services include developmental assessments, evidence-based intervention and parenting support, and music therapy is available for communication, connection and regulation. Allied Health Assistants provide additional home- and community-based support for more intensive therapy.

Bright Start emphasises collaboration with families, schools and other support providers, and describes its approach as client-centred, inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming.
