About Bright Track Kids
Bright Track Kids is a brand that offers specialized pediatric autism assessments. Led by Dr. Amy Francis, a board-certified Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician, and Candice Grudowski, a Speech Language Pathologist, the brand focuses on strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming care.
Dr. Francis brings extensive experience in early identification of autism in toddlers, having worked in a multidisciplinary setting at Advocate Children's Hospital for 8 years before starting Bright Track Kids. She is committed to teaching others about early child development and participates as an expert panelist in ECHO Autism.
Candice Grudowski, with over 10 years of experience, specializes in evaluation and treatment of speech-related challenges in neurodivergent children. She advocates for neurodiversity affirming care and supports inclusive environments. Together, they offer diagnostic clinic services, speech therapy, parent coaching, and caregiver-child classes.
