BRIKKS

BRIKKS is a technology brand focused on making buildings and neighborhoods more efficient, connected, and sustainable. Its software, developed since 1999 and previously used for large-scale infrastructure and network processes, is designed to coordinate the many routine operations involved in managing properties and local infrastructure. These include identity and access, finances, fault reporting, service delivery, resource use, and bookings. By automating and connecting such processes, BRIKKS aims to reduce operating costs, save time, and create recurring revenue for infrastructure and property owners.

The platform also supports an open marketplace where residents and organizations can choose among participating service providers, compare offers, and change services more easily. BRIKKS emphasizes neutral, interoperable technology, intended to let different devices, services, and suppliers work together rather than locking properties into a single provider. Its approach is designed to support a varied ecosystem of digital services for homes, offices, and neighborhoods. These may include broadband, building services, resource management, and resident portals for tasks such as service requests.
