Bristle and Broadsword

Bristle & Broadsword is a miniature-painting studio based in Cologne, Germany, offering professional commission painting for tabletop players, board-game fans, collectors, and manufacturers. The studio paints individual character models, complete armies, board-game miniatures, role-playing figures, busts, collectible models, and, by arrangement, 3D-printed pieces. Each project is planned individually, with customers consulted about their preferred colours, style, and quality level before work begins.

Painting can be tailored to a range of looks, from realistic and colourful to dark, grimdark designs. Bristle & Broadsword emphasizes careful workmanship, transparent pricing, reliable service, regular communication, and shipping throughout Germany, creating models suited to both the gaming table and display cabinet. The brand also offers beginner-friendly miniature-painting workshops for people starting out or returning to the hobby.

In addition to its painting services, Bristle & Broadsword develops Exo Tomb, a tabletop game with free quickstart rules and accompanying play aids. The studio also organizes community activities, including events and tournaments
