The British Club Bahrain is a historical and iconic brand that has been a "Home Away From Home" for expatriates in beautiful Bahrain since the 1930s. With a rich club history, the exact founding date remains unclear, but it is believed to have origins predating 1935. The club initially included a nine-hole golf course and a swimming bath, with additional facilities like a tennis court and a clubhouse being added over the years.
The original location of the club is also a subject of debate, with some members recalling it being in the Juffair area. In 1966, the club changed its name to "The British Club" and opened its membership to nationals of other countries. Today, the club offers a wide range of amenities including a health club, junior play area, multiple sports courts, and various dining outlets.
