Metro Health, also known as BRBAC Metro Health, is a community-focused organization serving Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Its work centers on HIV and STI prevention, testing, wellness, and support, with an emphasis on making services free or affordable and accessible to the community. Through qualified and competent staff, Metro Health offers free HIV, hepatitis C, and syphilis testing, as well as affordable STI testing and risk-reduction counseling.

The organization also provides supportive services for people living with HIV, street outreach, and youth and peer intervention programs. Some direct medical and wellness services are available through its Wellness Clinic option. Metro Health further supports community members through youth development programs and other supportive services.
