Brno pro Ukrajinu is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping Ukrainian refugees in Brno and the war-affected population in Ukraine. Founded as a civic initiative on February 24, 2022, the organization has been actively involved in coordinating and conducting material collections for humanitarian aid during the spring. In the latter part of 2022, their focus shifted towards connecting various stakeholders, including individuals, civic initiatives, non-profit organizations, and local authorities, to provide crucial information and coordination support to the Ukrainian community in Brno.

This collaboration primarily takes place in partnership with the integration team of foreign nationals at the Social Care Department of the Brno City Municipality and the Center for Foreigners of the South Moravian Region. Starting from January 2023, Brno pro Ukrajinu is now concentrating on collecting essential humanitarian aid directly for the war-affected population in Ukraine. Through their long-standing partnership with Cesta naděje života, they successfully facilitate the transportation of donated assistance to the areas of greatest need.
