Broeders Sport en Welzijn

Broeders Sport & Welzijn Centrum is a sports and fitness centre in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, offering group classes and personal training in an inclusive, supportive environment. Its approach centres on martial arts, using training to help participants work towards their goals while encouraging respect, integrity and a sense of safety. The programme welcomes different ages and experience levels, with classes for children, young people and adults.

Offerings include kickboxing, Kyokushin karate, MMA grappling and Kick & Boks, as well as women-only sessions and classes focused on self-defence and resilience. For those seeking a fitness-focused option, Get in Shape combines group training with personal attention. The centre also provides personal training and small-group personal training, with coaching tailored to individual needs.

Broeders Sport & Welzijn supports goals such as improving fitness and health, building strength and flexibility, managing weight, learning martial arts and training together with others. Regular classes take place throughout the week, and prospective members can arrange a trial lesson.
