The collection includes rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and necklaces in sterling silver and solid gold, alongside fine jewelry in 18-karat gold.

The brand organizes its designs into three chapters: Materia, featuring raw stones; Palinsesto, defined by sculpted, layered lines; and Reminiscenza, where stones are set into the fractures. Customers can also request bespoke pieces made for one person. Broken Hearts offers lifetime repairs for its jewelry, reflecting its commitment to longevity and care. Its production is made one piece at a time, without stock or series. The brand limits new clients to one hundred each month, while members of its Register retain access.
