Brookhaven Care

Brookhaven Care is a specialist community provider offering supported living for people with learning disabilities and autism, including individuals with mental health needs or challenging behaviour. Its services are designed to help people live safely and meaningfully in the community while developing independence and making choices about where and how they live.

Accommodation options include shared homes with private facilities and self-contained flats, with placements tailored to individual needs and preferences. Brookhaven Care can also provide specialist support to people who already live with family or in their own home. Its person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s goals, abilities, wellbeing and dignity, with personalised plans developed alongside the person and their circle of support.

Support may include building life skills, accessing local activities, pursuing training, volunteering or paid work, maintaining relationships and staying safe in the community. Individuals and families can contribute to choosing support staff, and Brookhaven Care works with professionals such as social workers, care managers and mental health workers.
