Brooksong Retreat & Cancer Support Centre is a community-based organization in Haliburton, Ontario, creating welcoming, healing spaces for people affected by cancer. Set on a property surrounded by forests and ponds, the centre offers in-person retreats and online programs designed to provide rest, renewal, companionship, and practical ways to care for body, mind, and soul during a cancer experience. Programs are open to people at any stage of their cancer journey and may include time in nature, gentle restorative yoga, massage, music, expressive activities, nourishing food, and facilitated or informal group conversations.

At four-day cancer support retreats, participants can invite a key support person or caregiver, recognizing that caregivers also benefit from care and community. Brooksong also provides online resources, including cooking, yoga, self-massage, and tapping videos, as well as material on living and dying well. Participation is offered without fees, and donations, volunteers, and community support help sustain its programming.
