Brooks Sod

Brooks Sod is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated farm based in Markleville, Indiana, serving commercial landscapers and customers across Central Indiana. The farm grows quality sod and provides fresh-cut, jobsite-ready product with reliable delivery to support landscaping projects and help keep crews on schedule. Its focus is on consistency: sod is grown and handled using agronomic and management practices intended to minimize stress and help it perform after installation. Brooks Sod also continually evaluates seed varieties for drought resistance and lower maintenance, with the goal of producing attractive lawns over the long term.

The company’s service is designed to help customers avoid common issues associated with inconsistent sod, including replacement work, patchy establishment, crew delays, and costly callbacks. Deliveries are coordinated around jobsite needs, and customers can contact Brooks Sod to place an order or confirm whether their location is within its delivery area. The farm shares updates about sod availability through its newsletter and Instagram.
