BROOMCLEAN

Broomclean is a specialist property-clearance company based in Breda, serving customers in the surrounding region. It helps people prepare a home for handover when clearing it themselves is difficult because of time, distance, family circumstances, or the emotional impact of the task. Broomclean can manage the complete removal of household contents and provide additional practical work to help leave a property ready for delivery. Its services include carpet removal, sorting and tidying, cleaning, small painting jobs, minor repairs, and other small restoration work.

The company also aims to handle belongings responsibly. Where possible, usable furniture, clothing, and other goods are given a new home through its contacts with organisations and institutions. Broomclean may take over part of the remaining household contents, with the agreed value deducted from the customer’s invoice. Waste is separated for disposal wherever possible. Customers can choose the level of support they need, from a full home clearance to help with specific tasks. Broomclean can be contacted by email or phone.
