The course, designed by Kyle Franz and Mike Koprowski, embraces Golden Age minimalism by preserving the natural beauty of the land's chasms, ridgelines, valleys, and more.
Rough shaping began in Summer 2023, with turf expected to be laid in Summer 2024 and play anticipated by early 2025. With preview play possibly available by late 2024, Broomsedge showcases a thoughtful layout that maximizes the land's unique features. Positioned on the same sand belt as Pinehurst, the location promises exceptional golf experiences with minimal construction efforts.
