Brotherhood Gym

Brotherhood Gym is a men’s-only training facility and community in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, focused on helping men grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Its approach combines coached fitness with personal development, mutual support and accountability, guided by values of integrity, identity, compassion and confidence.

Training options include structured strength and hypertrophy sessions, functional conditioning, outdoor and primal workouts, and combat training such as striking and wrestling. The gym also offers recovery practices and facilities, including infrared sauna and ice baths, alongside breathwork, meditation and men’s circles. Weekly workshops address personal growth, business, relationships and life.

Brotherhood brings together men from varied backgrounds and provides shared spaces for connection, including a Men’s Circle and Entrepreneurs Lounge. The website says prospective members begin with a 60-day Spartan Challenge; successful completion opens access to memberships, training sessions, community spaces and 24/7 gym access. The facility also hosts events and sells apparel and nutrition products, including grass-fed biltong, steak and protein shakes. A complimentary trial is available for those interested in experiencing the gym.
