Best Lives

Best Lives is a charity providing compassionate, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across the North West of England. Its mission is to help each person build a fulfilling life, develop their strengths and thrive in their own way. Working alongside the people it supports, the organisation creates flexible, personalised support packages in partnership with local councils, commissioners and community organisations.

Services include supported living to encourage independence, day services and structured day opportunities that help people build practical skills, and outreach and domiciliary care. Best Lives also provides specialist nursing care and transitional pathways, as well as community support and opportunities in areas such as creative arts, horticulture, animal care, digital media and food-based enterprises. Its Wellbeing Centre and community advocacy work further support participation and connection.

The charity shares stories of people building confidence, careers and meaningful relationships with support from its team. Best Lives also welcomes referrals, volunteers and new support workers, offering full training for people joining its workforce.
