BRSV Ostfildern

BRSV Ostfildern, the Behinderten- und Rehabilitationssportverein Ostfildern e.V., is a community-based sports association offering rehabilitation exercise in Ostfildern and nearby locations. Established in 2001, the club supports people with health conditions or disabilities, as well as those returning to activity after a health-related setback. Its goal is to help participants improve mobility and physical capacity, ease complaints, support recovery, and enhance wellbeing and quality of life through appropriately guided movement.

The association provides a range of activities, including rehabilitation sport for orthopaedic and neurological needs, lung sport, and water-based gymnastics. Sessions take place at various sports venues in and around Ostfildern and are led by qualified, licensed instructors and therapists. Alongside physical activity, BRSV values social connection, offering opportunities for conversation, shared activities, and mutual encouragement.

Rehabilitation sport may be supported by health insurance. Participants need a doctor’s prescription on Form 56, approved by their insurer, before joining a group.
