Bruderwerk

Bruderwerk is a motorcycle academy and driving school serving Basel and Baselland, based near Münchenstein railway station. Founded by local riders and instructors Patrik and Simon, the brand combines professional coaching, practical know-how and a relaxed, supportive approach, with safety and enjoyment at the heart of its training.

Its services cover the motorcycle licensing journey, including mandatory basic courses, individual road and practice-ground lessons, manoeuvre training, and preparation for riding tests. Bruderwerk also offers introductory sessions with a motorcycle and equipment, first-aid courses, road-safety theory courses and Switzerland’s two-phase post-test course. For riders looking to build confidence beyond the basics, the academy provides cornering and handling training, seasonal warm-up sessions, and off-road courses at basic and advanced levels, as well as travel-focused off-road experiences. Further offerings include mechanical workshops, guided rides and motorcycle and scooter rentals. Bruderwerk also shares free online courses and short instructional videos. Its instructors tailor feedback to each rider’s experience, helping learners develop skills for exams, everyday riding and adventures beyond paved roads.
